This study investigates the role of Christian Religious Education (CRE) for adolescents and youth in the development of a democratic nation, using references from the Christian Scriptures, including Matthew 7:13-23; 22:16; Acts 16:17; Acts 15:14; Romans 9:17; and 1 Corinthians 3:15. A qualitative approach was employed in this research, focusing on textual and biblical context analysis. The research findings indicate that CRE plays a crucial role in shaping adolescents' and youth's understanding of democratic principles, societal responsibility, and inclusive citizenship. The implications of this research underscore the importance of a contextual and relevant CRE approach in shaping a democratic and responsible society. The research objectives can focus on enhancing public awareness and participation, especially among the younger generation, in the democratic process in Indonesia. Increasing Awareness Enhancing public awareness, including that of the younger generation, about the importance of democracy and their role in building a democratic nation. Thus, they can be more active and creative in utilizing technology to influence politics and improve the democratic system in Indonesia.

The role of Christian Religious Education is to understand how the teachings of the Christian faith can help young people comprehend their roles in society and align their lifestyles with Christian beliefs. The research method employed is qualitative, involving the review of books and journals from various perspectives. The research findings indicate that religious education within the Christian tradition is crucial in assisting 11th-grade high school students in developing a strong sense of responsibility toward their environment and way of life. Christian religious education should promptly fulfill its responsibilities within the church, nurturing adolescents and renewing their lives in accordance with Christian values. Once renewed by God, these young individuals will demonstrate lives that are close to God. It is hoped that a creative and contextual approach will be employed.

This research aims to determine the importance of school financial management in improving the welfare of teacher salaries at the Harapan Tobasa Foundation. Effective financial management is an important factor in supporting the welfare of teachers in the school environment. The research method used in this journal is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were finance staff. Data was collected through interviews and observations. This research looks at how finances are managed at the Harapan Tobasa Foundation, an educational institution that has succeeded in implementing a structured and transparent financial management system. By applying the principles of accountability, efficiency and careful budget planning, the Harapan Tobasa Foundation has succeeded in allocating funds optimally to pay teacher salaries on time. The findings of this research emphasize that successful financial management at the Harapan Tobasa Foundation has had a positive impact in improving the welfare of teachers, which ultimately creates a conducive work environment and motivates teachers to provide quality education for students. Therefore, this research emphasizes the importance of effective financial management as the key to ensuring teacher welfare in improving overall educational standards.

The family plays an important role in Christian religious education for teenagers. Apart from teaching, parents must set an example of living according to Christian values so that teenagers can see and apply them in their daily lives. Christian religious education in the family does not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also affective and psychomotor. A harmonious and mutually supportive family environment is very influential in this educational process. The success of Christian religious education in the family also requires cooperation between parents, churches and other educational institutions to ensure that children receive a complete and quality education.
